HERE COMES THE BRIDE!

In celebration of the Guthrie's summer comedy, When We Are Married, we're giving away a dream wedding! Submit a 3-5 minute video explaining why you and your fiancée want to be married at the Guthrie and you could win a beautiful, modern and unique wedding package valued at more than $60,000!

The top five videos will receive tickets for their wedding party to see When We Are Married this summer at the Guthrie (up to 20 tickets).

ONE GRAND-PRIZE WINNER WILL RECEIVE:

• Wedding ceremony on Sunday, August 16, 2009 at 6 p.m. on the Guthrie’s legendary Wurtele Thrust Stage officiated by Guthrie veteran and star of the movie Father of the Bride, Peter Michael Goetz
• Reception following the ceremony in the stunning Dowling Studio including food and beverage for 150 guests
• 7 Night / 8 Day honeymoon at the Radisson St Martin Resort, Marina & Spa (includes 2 roundtrip airfare tickets)

HOW TO ENTER

Submit a 3–5 minute video explaining why you and your fiancée would like to be married at the Guthrie.

• Videos must be posted on youtube.com and link must be submitted to the Guthrie via the entry form below - video must not exceed five minutes
• One entry per couple
• All entries must be submitted by June 30, 2009
• The top 5 videos as chosen by the Guthrie will be posted on mspmag.com and metromix.com for public voting July 6–12, 2009
• Winner will be notified on Monday, July 13, 2009

THE FINE PRINT

• Wedding and reception must take place on August 16, 2009 (ceremony, 6 p.m., reception to follow and ending at 10 p.m.)
• Winning couple must allow Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine, KARE 11 and the Guthrie to take still and/or video footage of all activities surrounding the wedding, including the ceremony and reception
• Wedding reception is for 150 guests or less due to maximum capacity of space
• Runners up and winning couple must agree to press opportunities as they become available
• Employees and families of the Guthrie Theater, KARE 11, Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine and other organizations associated with the promotion are not eligible
• This package is not available to married couples seeking to renew their vows
• The top 5 couples, as chosen by the Guthrie, must provide their original video as a .mov file for voting campaigns on KARE11.com, metromix.com and mspmag.com
