Sea Change

The newest restaurant at the Guthrie is Sea Change. Under the masterful eye of James Beard award-winning chef Tim McKee (Solera, La Belle Vie, Barrio), the core menu focuses on sustainable seafood. Sea Change uses only the freshest fish and shellfish from sustainable fisheries and environmentally responsible farms. The menu also features a number of non-seafood items.

 

Prix-Fixe Lunch

Up to 30 guests with minimum of two weeks notice; pre-payment required.

Level Five Cafe

Enjoy pre-theater dining in a casual environment at the Level Five Cafe. The menu features proven crowd-pleasers and long-time favorites as well as special offerings inspired by our plays. The Level Five Cafe is open for pre-show dining prior to scheduled matinees and evening performances.

 

Prix-Fixe Lunch

Available at 11 a.m. prior to scheduled matinee performances. Up to 50 guests with a minimum of two weeks notice; pre-payment required.

Box Lunches

Pre-order delicious box lunches for your group, pick them up at the Level Five Express and enjoy them in any of our public spaces.

 

Adult Box Lunches: $10 per person, tax included

Level Five Express

The Level Five Express offers items to go such as coffee, pastries, sandwiches, salads and more. Open Tues-Sunday 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. on Mondays.
