Sea Change

The newest restaurant at the Guthrie is Sea Change. Under the masterful eye of James Beard award-winning chef Tim McKee (Solera, La Belle Vie, Barrio), the core menu focuses on sustainable seafood. Sea Change uses only the freshest fish and shellfish from sustainable fisheries and environmentally responsible farms. The menu also features a number of non-seafood items.

Level 5 Cafe

Enjoy pre-theater dining in a casual environment at the Level 5 Cafe. The menu features proven crowd-pleasers and long-time favorites as well as special offerings inspired by our plays. The Level 5 Cafe is open for pre-show dining prior to scheduled matinees and evening performances.

Available at 11:00 a.m. prior to scheduled matinee performances. Up to 50 guests with a minimum of two weeks notice; pre-payment required.
