Use Tickets for Non-Profit Fundraising

Non-profit organizations (school, church, charity etc.) have an opportunity to raise money and enjoy a dramatic evening at the theater.

Simply purchase 15 or more tickets at the group rate and re-sell them up to the face value, keeping the difference.

Here's how the program works:

  • Reserve a minimum of 15 tickets for a single performance through the group sales office (student, senior and adult group rates are all available depending on the type of organization)
  • Your organization chooses how much to add to the discounted rate up to the full face value of the tickets
  • Have your organization's members or volunteers sign people up to attend the performance to benefit your cause
  • A final count of tickets and payment will be due approximately one month prior to the scheduled performance; only pay for the tickets you've sold (single check or credit card accepted for payment only; the Guthrie is not able to accept payment from individual members of the group)
  • A ticket packet will be mailed to the event's organizer; the organization is responsible for distribution of tickets
  • No refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets
  • Enjoy the performance!

Other benefits include:

  • One complimentary ticket for the event group leader
  • Promotional materials available to help promote the event
  • Signage for your organization at the Guthrie on the day of the eventĀ
