Inspired by the poetry of Leonard Cohen and the music of Antony and the Johnsons, Tales from the Book of Longing unfolds in an episodic landscape of sinuous moments out of reach and quiet scenes of missed chances. Stuart Pimsler Dance & Theater returns to the Dowling Studio following its sold-out presentation of the The Ends of Love during the Guthrie's inaugural season. Stuart Pimsler Dance & Theater's physical theater for the heart and mind has been hailed throughout the U.S. and abroad.
