Ella company members Tina Fabrique (Ella), George Caldwell (Conductor/Pianist) and Clifton Kellem (Bass) invite downtown Minneapolis workers and residents to take a break from the usual lunch routine and join the trio for a casual lunchtime music event and artist meet-n-greet in the IDS Center's Crystal Court. Get a sneak peek inside the life of one of the greatest jazz and pop vocalists of the 20th century, a life celebrated in the biography-musical Ella now playing at the Guthrie Theater. Fabrique and Caldwell will offer a musical program featuring their personal favorites, including songs from the hit production.
