Request Audio Description Kits

Audio Description equipment reservations can be made through the Guthrie by filling out the form below. There is a fee of $25 per year to use the Audio Description equipment, and there is no limit to the number of times you can make a request.

Someone from Accessibility Office will respond to your reservation request via e-mail.
