Wheelchair & Accessible Seating

Seating charts indicate locations in the Wurtele Thrust Stage and McGuire Proscenium stage that are reserved for our patrons using wheelchairs as well as seats that have removable arm rests. The Box Office will make every attempt to seat one companion in an adjacent seat and any additional guests as close as possible. Wheelchair and Accessible seating locations in the Dowling Studio will be determined by the flexible seating configuration that is used for individual productions.

Wheelchairs are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis for use inside the Guthrie. Patrons may borrow courtesy wheelchairs from the Concierge Desk inside the main entrance.

 Restrooms

Fully accessible public restrooms are located on Levels Four, Five and Eight. Three restrooms designated for use by people with disabilities are also located on Level Four. For restroom locations, please view the building maps.

 Parking and Directions

Parking is available in the ramp on South 2nd Street directly across from the Guthrie and in numerous parking lots throughout the neighborhood. The event rate for Guthrie performances is $8. Rates vary during Vikings games and other area events.
