Local star chef Tim McKee's newest restaurant, Sea Change, has officially opened on the ground level of the Guthrie Theater. The core menu focuses on sustainable seafood -- highlighting fisheries that use environmentally responsible methods of gathering and farming seafood -- while including a number of non-seafood items as well. In addition to the lunch and dinner menus, McKee has also created a three-course pre-theater menu as well as late night offerings of small plates and raw bar items.
