It's official!
Sea Change, the newest Guthrie restaurant is set to open on Tuesday, July 21, under the supervision of Chef Tim McKee.
The restaurant's core menu focuses on sustainable seafood: Sea Change uses only the freshest fish and shellfish from sustainable fisheries and environmentally responsible farms. The restaurant seeks out partnerships that promote local farms and relationships with local farmers whenever possible. The menu also includes a number of non-seafood items.
The restaurant will be open Tuesday - Sunday for lunch and daily for dinner.
