This is the last week to see The Acting Company and Guthrie Theater co-production of Henry V before it hits the road for its national tour.
UofM/Guthrie BFA grad Matthew Amendt leads the cast in Shakespeare's timely play about the charismatic warrior king's agressive pursuit of the French crown. Balancing the thrilling heroics of battle with the painful reactions of men unsure of the justice of their cause Henry V is a rousing, fascinating story of the power of courage and the price of glory.
Your best bet in seeing the show is by purchasing tickets in advance for the Wednesday or Thursday evening performances (7:30 p.m.) or waiting in the public rush line prior to one of the performances.
