A can't miss theater event

Legendary British director Peter Brook and his longtime collaborators Marie-Hélène Estienne and Jean Claude Carrière are no strangers to epic storytelling: in 1985 they conceived, wrote and directed the Mahabharata, a nine-hour production that was lauded as one of the greatest theatrical achievements of all time. Thirty years later, the collaborators have returned to the Indian epic to create this 70-minute landmark production, a revised and extended excerpt from the ancient Sanskrit poem.
