Boudica

by TRISTAN BERNAYS
directed by TIFFANY NICHOLE GREENE

Overview

Boudica tells the story of one Britain's most infamous women: a queen, a warrior and a rebel. Boudica, the estranged wife of King Prasutagus, appears after his death to claim her rightful throne. However, she is met with turmoil and denial. Written in 2017, this play pairs the drama of an ancient-history with the relevancy of today. Boudica is performed by the University of Minnesota/Guthrie Theater B.F.A. Actor Training Program Class of 2019.
