We rely on the talents of many artists and staff, both on and off the stage, to create powerful works of theater at the Guthrie. A variety of skills and roles are needed, and we offer full-time and part-time career opportunities.

Auditions for specific productions are held in Minneapolis and New York City as needed. We encourage local actors to check Minnesota Playlist regularly for audition notices. General auditions are scheduled annually and usually in the spring. Auditions may also be held in other major cities, such as Chicago, Los Angeles and Seattle.
