We’re thrilled to announce that the James Beard Award-winning restaurant Owamni will relocate to the Guthrie’s restaurant space in spring 2026. In this exciting new partnership with acclaimed Chef Sean Sherman and North American Traditional Indigenous Food Systems (NATIFS), we will work together to create a vibrant destination for art, culture and community along the Mississippi riverfront.
We’ll share more details in the coming months. For now, join us in welcoming Owamni to the Guthrie!

Sips and bites by Chowgirls
Head to the theater early to enjoy a curated selection of drinks and snacks available for purchase at our lobby bars and the Target Lounge. Service begins 90 minutes before showtime. Plan ahead for shows with intermissions by pre-ordering your drinks for pickup between acts.
Beverages are welcome inside the theater. Please enjoy food items in the lobbies before you take your seat.
Please note that our lobby bars and Target Lounge are cashless. Credit card and mobile payments are accepted.

Mr. Fezziwig knows how to throw a festive bash, so we’re transforming the Target Lounge on Level Four into a family-friendly pop-up bar sponsored by Suntory Global Spirits and Maverick Beverage Company. Featuring seasonal sips and snacks with a holiday twist, show-inspired decor and more, it’s a perfect way to put some fa-la-la in your step. Bar service will begin 90 minutes before showtime and be available through intermission. Cheers!
