The Purpose Pursuit

Amanda Brinkman spent her entire career helping companies define their purpose by turning big brands into movements and proving that companies can truly “do well by doing good.” When she left the corporate world to become an entrepreneur, she realized so much of her identity had been tied up in her career. She started asking a different question: What about personal purpose?

Since then, Amanda has been on a mission: listening, learning and gathering stories from real people about what makes life and work feel meaningful. It’s about honoring the people who went first, the ones who showed us what was possible, often before we believed it ourselves, and recognizing that we are now standing in a season where we can do the same for someone else. This theme invites us to reflect on what we’ve been given, what we’re learning right now and how we can pass it on, not perfectly, but meaningfully, to those coming behind us.
